Challenge:
Saturday afternoon, 1:00 PM. The phone rang. E.piphany had been
struggling to produce their IPO presentation, and were dissatisfied
with the results. The deadline was upon them and they needed someone
who could tell their complex story succinctly and convincingly.

By 4:00 PM the Dolphin team was meeting with the CEO, CFO, and
investor team at E.piphany to craft a message about their breakthrough
approach to maximizing customer relationships for "both brick
and mortar and click and mortar commerce."

when E.piphany then did two major
